The Pilgrimage
‘The wound is the place where the Light enters you’ - Rumi
It is because you allowed yourself to believe that you are worthy of everything you were ever denied and loved yourself enough to prioritize its dignity over unjust customs, rules, religions, and traditions that we found each other.
You crashed into me unknowingly because you were adamant that unconditional love was your birthright, and no man-made vengeful God was ever able to deliver that to you. You did not let fear make your heart home and lock it in the darkness of control, even though you were bombarded with control from the day of your birth. Instead, you sought freedom.
From the moment you could make sense of this world, you were taught to be afraid, but somehow you managed to remember that you came from freedom and love, so you sacrificed everything to return to your home base, and here you are! The awakened human who has embodied soul.
It has been a tumultuous road that led you to your home base again after decades of wandering in confusion and hurt. Yet you never gave up on me as I never did you. So, thank you for being honest with yourself about who you are.
Thank you for believing in yourself when no one else did, and thank you for your brave heart that dared to defy rules that wanted to keep you angry, confined, and small.
Thank you for trusting your path and sticking to it even when it seemed that you were alone. Ostracized from this group, hated and rejected by the other. Disowned, tarnished, and blacklisted, you kept moving forth on your path, fully knowing your worth. Dedicated to nothing and no one but yourself.
I honor you for trusting in yourself and learning more about yourself with every unfolding life event and then using the gained wisdom to harness more love towards yourself. Never settling for the mediocre to just fit in.
To finally have you walk right into my arms after decades of separation is bittersweet.
Is it any wonder why your name is Faith?
The Guidance:
Harmonizing the inner self with the external self is not a common task people take on merely because our human existence teaches us from an early age to focus on the external self alone and to seek all things we believe it needs and wants from all places that are outside of us.
Ranging from societal approval, love, respect, money, religion, wisdom, health, and knowledge, the list is endless. It even extends to include seeking others to prove to us the existence of God (our own inner self).
God, just like everything else you and I would like to attain in this world, is found within. Sounds wishy-washy, I know, but it is the truth.
No one can find or prove the existence of your inner being to you but you. Because God is a vibrational frequency within you to align with, not an entity to be located. And here is the task that so many prophets, saints, murshids, sages, and conscious beings have repeatedly tried to awaken humanity to.
Ever wonder why we use the term 'myself'’? Who is ‘My’ and who is ‘Self’?
Still too many remain unaware that their inner self (the God within) even exists because our orientation since the day we are born is on the external self alone. Too many still believe that someone external to them should locate God for them to believe. There will never be proof of an external God because God is not an external object but rather a subjective experience of going within. It is just that for some reason the subjective part has been dismissed in favor of the objective one.
This is a reconciliation that you alone would choose to commit to achieving over tasking others with, as it is why you are here, and no, you will not be punished should you choose not to. You will never be punished for choosing not to believe that you are both human and God in one.
But some of us who have awakened to this truth and experienced it would like you to know that you are not separate from God. Separation is an illusion that has disoriented us, and until this point is understood, we, as a species, will continue getting lost in life attempting to harmonize ourselves with external ideals, idols, teachings, beliefs, or ways of existence that are not harmonious to who we are but are rather deemed worthy and virtuous by powers outside of us.
Unfortunately, these ideals tend to be based in fear. A frequency we have been stuck in as a species for quite some time now.
Separation, which is where most of humanity has been up to this point, is based in fear while union is based in love, and we have been conditioned to live separated from ourselves. Turning one's gaze within to finally see the God within and then uniting with it is an act of self-love that naturally dissolves all fears along with the illusion of being separate from God and all other beings.
Call it alchemy if you wish, but the inner/higher-self (the I) and the external/lower-self (the you) are in actuality one. All that has happened is that one is incapable of seeing the other because one has been rooted in fear, externally oriented, and focused solely in the opposite direction all of its life. How can you see what is right behind you if you do not turn your focus around and look? In this case, looking within oneself. Something most people will fight with you tooth and nail in order not to do.
Unfortunately for us, fear is the opposite vibration of love, and so no one can come to any of these realizations from a place of fear. Fear is the low-frequency epidemic humans have been stuck in and are now trying to get out of, and we will. Fear is what causes people to dismiss, mock, laugh at, or outright hate people like myself for the things we say or the ways we think.
But not tuning into our inner self for guidance will only continue to lead us towards mass malalignment and disharmony with who we are. The symptoms of this disharmony have manifested throughout the centuries on our planet as wars, famine, and endless world disasters (the frequency of fear).
This is why those who become aware of the inner self and begin the process of aligning with it have historically stood out and will continue to moving forward as the numbers will only grow.
And unlike our so-called leaders, their message is always one of love because love is where we came from and, regardless of the mess we might be in right now, is where we are headed.
When your soul (inner/higher self) is no longer in the grip of the lower (external) self, which is driven by fear, control, and the analytical mind, then you have allowed yourself to see, embrace, and love your true self. You would have freed your soul by uniting with it. An act I believe is known as communion. Just not one that is glorified as a church service involving priests, ministers, bishops, wine, bread, and groups of people.
Rather a private one that is sacred, marking an end to the vibrational spiritual pilgrimage of finally going within to unite with your inner self by tuning into love.
Just be ready, because your life will never be the same again.
